As for my iPhone 11 I went and download ios 16.2 fron ios 15.7.1 which was also 2 weeks ago and there no going back to ios 15

I have an iPad Air 2 and since Monday the iPadOS 16.3 version is available for download on it. Since this model is not supported on iPadOS 16 I am assuming that this a (visual) bug. Restarting my device has no effect and even when the device searches Apple Update again it still shows iPadOS 16.3 as the best available update for my device.
